Many roads lead to the Tent Music Festival Freiburg. Plan your journey and find the right route for you!

Bike
Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle parking lot at the entrance to the grounds.
It is also possible to cycle to the ZMF in a relaxed manner with the Frelo rental bike. There is a Frelo station at the bicycle parking lot on the ZMF grounds.
Since 2023, it has been possible to use our bicycle checkroom. This offers guarded parking for bicycles.
Public Transport

Connection from Freiburg main station:
Tram line 3 and various bus lines to Munzinger Straße or tram line 5 to Maria-von-Rudloff-Platz (Rieselfeld).
From both stops, take the special VAG shuttle bus directly to the festival site (daily 18:00 to 02:00, Fri & Sat 18:00 to 4:00).
For those without a concert ticket, the return journey costs a total of €2.
Shuttle Bus:
The shuttle bus runs from Munzinger Straße (P+R) via Maria-von-Rudloff-Platz to the festival site.
SO – DO 18:00 to 1:30 | until 0:00 with connection to the VAG transport network
FR & SA 18:00 to 04:00* | at night from 01:00 to 04:00 hourly to Munzinger Straße with connection to line 3 or line 5
Children’s program
DO outward journey 13:45, return journey 16:00.
SA outward journey 13:30, return journey 16:00.
Classical matinee
Outward journey 10:30 a.m. (on 27.07. at 11:30 a.m.), return journey 1:30 p.m. (on 27.07. at 2:30 p.m.).
Car
For the navigation system enter “Freiburg Mundenhof” (Mundenhofer Straße)
A5 – exit Freiburg Mitte, then take the highway feeder road towards Donaueschingen – exit Lehen/Mundenhof
Limited parking (fee: 10€, from 21:00: 5€)
No access and parking in the Rieselfeld district!
Note:
Please use the VAG P+R parking spaces on Munzinger Straße. You can download a parking permit for your RVF Kombi-Ticket from the VAG online store. There are additional parking spaces to the right of the P+R parking lot, which are kindly provided by the companies Avnet Embedded (Freiburg) GmbH and Dehner Gartencenter in Munzinger Straße. The shuttle bus will leave from there.
IMPORTANT: the Marktkauf parking lot on Munzinger Straße is NOT a public parking lot. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed away for a fee.
