“YoungStars in Action” creates a space that allows young musicians, artists and bands to perform for a broad audience – even music students get the opportunity to show their passion and hard work on stage.
SU. 19.07. YOUTH CULTURE NIGHT
At the Youth Culture Night, organized by the Jugendbildungswerk Freiburg, adolescent can show off their talent on the action-stage!
A program full of variety awaits the audience – live music, dance and authentic performances. The Youth Culture Night should never be missed and continues to inspire us every year.
As a part of the Family-Sunday, it will take place on Sunday the 19th of July this year.
MO. 20.07. ROCKWORKSHOP
On this evening the youngest up-and-coming artists will get the chance to play on stage. The Bands, which have been practicing in the Haus der Jugend, will make their big debut on the 20th of July with a broad spectrum of music, ranging from pop, rock to self-written songs – an evening that can be truly enjoyed by everyone!
MUSIC SCHOOLS ON STAGE
The Freiburger Music Schools teach Children and Teenagers, as well as professional musicians and music teachers how fun learning can be. On the ZMF Action-Stage musicians of every age-group get the opportunity to perform in front of an audience.

SCHOOLBANDS ON STAGE
Local Schoolbands will take the stage again at the ZMF this year and show what they are really made of! The KOLLEG ST. SEBASTIAN Big Band will be playing on the 17th of July. Also joining on the 27th of July will be the KICKSTART + POWERBIRDS, a friendly cooperation between the Realschule Kollnau and the SBBZ Sehen St. Michael. Last but not least, the FUNKY DEVILZ from Emmendingen GSHE will rock the stage on the 28th of July.
